Working On Synaesthesia Dreams

I spent the weekend working long hours on an amazing short film called Synaesthesia Dreams. Despite being ill and grossly overtired, I had the most spectacular time painting the faces and bodies of some pretty amazing actors/actresses. I honestly can't wait until post production is done so I can see the final product.  It was phenomenal, there are so many messages within it, and it is so passion driven and intense. The director, Andrew Murcia, is extremely funny and talented and there was never a dull moment on set. Myself and my lovely and talented assistant, Jen Wright, got to paint some almost intimate places of the actor's bodies, but it was worth it, the film will be beautiful, and for now, here are some stills.

Millions: The Series

If you haven't heard of it, it's probably because you don't know what the internet is.

It's a web series about a group of friends in their twenties who experience a tragedy and because of it decide to accomplish their high school dream of becoming millionaires by the time they're thirty. Aside from my run on sentence, it's actually a pretty great concept and it's pretty intense. It's mostly about not letting your dreams fade away as you evolve into a mundane existence and remebering to reach higher. I had the pleasure of working on the series this weekend, and let me just say that everyone involved is absolutely amazing. They are a group of dedicated people who are extremely fun, have a great sense of humour and just love doing what they do.
